Base Oil N110
N110 base oil is considered a base oil from group 2 base oils. To produce this product, crude oil is first purified using a solvent purification method. In order to increase the purity level, the next step for refining is called hydrocracking. Hydrocracking is a process in which hydrogen gas reacts with crude oil at high temperature and pressure and converts large molecules of hydrocarbons into small molecules. N100 oil is an oil that is extracted through a complex process, that’s why its price is different from other base oils.
Applications :
It can be seen from the specifications and method of extraction of N110 oil that this oil is used for high performance engines and very large industrial machines. In addition, due to its high purity, It has minor applications in the paint and resin industry and agriculture. In detail, the functions of this oil are:
1- N110 oil as machine oilIn industrial machines, the friction between the parts is very high and generates a lot of heat. This heat, in addition to the heat generated by fuel consumption, can create enormous heat and greatly reduce the efficiency of machines. With this oil, the amount of use of machines can be controlled to an appropriate extent, and wear and friction between machine parts can be reduced. As the lifetime of the machines increases, the working efficiency increases.
2- N110 oil as hydraulic oilHydraulic oils have two important functions. First, it lubricates the components that transmit power, such as gears, shafts, and bearings, so that they work as smoothly as possible and keep the efficiency at the maximum.Their second task is power transmission. Transmission of power by means of fluids was one of the pure ideas of humanity, which was able to invent new machines that were less expensive and more efficient. 3- N110 oil as machining oilMachining of metal parts creates a lot of friction and heat, which causes the desired part not to be machined with high precision. 5- N110 oil for producing NON ADHESIVE oilsNON ADHESIVE oils prevent materials from sticking to surfaces. In the automotive industry, these oils are used so that the injection materials do not stick to the molds. In the production of plastic parts, the accuracy and delicacy of the production part is very important. Some plastic parts have a special logo that the shape of the logo must be produced with high quality. These types of oils should be used so that the plastic melt does not stick to the molds of the plastic injection machine.
6- N110 oil for producing anti-caking agentsAnti-caking agents are mostly used in food and agriculture industries. These products are used to prevent lumping of fertilizer.
